I have something to share with you. Or your group, association or staff. During my 25 years in business I have figured out how to make just about any business, in just about any industry, grow faster and better.

In addition to writing books, training videos and the like I give talks about how to get bigger and more profitable. Its easier than you might think. And I would like to bring my story to you. Marketing

All business people and a great many laymen use the term "marketing" with great confidence that they know what it is and how to go about it. In reality, few have any competence at it at all and fewer still master the craft of marketing with any degree of proficiency.

But marketing is the center piece of any business. If you know what to sell, and how to sell and promote it your revenue will go up and your enterprise will prosper.

Advertising

Its short sighted but most managers think of advertising as just the visible output of good marketing. It is the broadcast commercial that makes us laugh, or the print ad that draws us in, or the printed material that sells us the details.

In fact, advertising is a little of both. First, it must be grounded, rooted, perhaps even welded to the marketing plan and the logic intertwined in its pages. But great advertising is something more than formulas, missions and strategies - its the creative genius that spells the difference between lack luster results and phenomenal ones.

But how do you take solid marketing direction and let it bloom into dare-to-be-different, can't-be-ignored advertising messages? That is the question I can help you, your company and even your advertising agency answer.

Sales

Yesterday's sales strategy is dead. And it wasn't even a very good method then. Today's professional combine old fashion persistence and determination with today's understanding of professional demeanor, insightful research, artfully targeted proposals and never ending customer service. These sales people need knowledgeable and flexible management and solid backup and support. I would be happy to help you sales people leap frog the competition by showing them, AND YOU, new directions.
